When you just started a website it wil be very hard finding webmasters to buy links on your site because your site has no PR ( Pagerank) and is not well indexed in google yet. So before you start selling links wait a while until your website is ready for it. The higher your PR and rankings the more they pay for a link on your site. Becarefull with this tho, google doesnt like sold links and it can cost your good rankings.
